Welcome

My goal is to bring you unique, well-made, hand crafted items, that you will be pleased with for years to come .... Along with excellent customer service with that personal touch you deserve and expect.

Payment

I accept Paypal, money orders, personal checks and RME. Items paid by check will ship immediately upon cleared payment. This usually is between 5 and 7 business days. I will convo you when I send your item out so you know to be on "the look out".

Shipping

I use USPS for all my shipping needs. I ship all my goodies out three times a week - on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you need your item sooner, I would be happy to make special arrangements to help you out. I strongly encourage shipping insurance for an additional $1.85. I know it rarely happens when something gets jammed up, but you just never know :)

In regards to how the combined shipping discount works: The largest item shipping charges are applied, then the subsequent smaller items qualify for the shipping discount. This amount will be what is listed in the items description. If you have ANY questions, don't be shy, please convo me and I will straighten it out for you in a jiffy :>)

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be beyond pleased with every item you receive from my shop. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so I can make things "right". I can only cover damages inflicted during shipping if insurance was purchased at time of checkout.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome! I aim to have my custom orders completed and shipped out within a week of payment.
