Payment

Paypal and UK postal orders only.
No cheques (checks) or money orders.
NON UK residents: Paypal only.
Please make payment within 7 days.
Postage discount on multiple items, just email for a quick quote!

Shipping

Your item will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment.
Shipping within the UK takes approx 1-4 days, all items sent by Recorded Delivery.
Shipping to the USA, Canada & Australia takes approx 5-10 working days, sent by Royal Airmail.
All Items are sent by Royal Mail, insured up to £36.00 ($70.00) if you require extra postal insurance, please get in touch before sending payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available only if item is faulty or if there is an error in the listing. Item must be returned in original unused condition within 14 days.
Most items can be returned for free alterations if needed.
