Greetings! I'm a stay at home mom of 4 and I used to love to make my own jewelry. Then I had 2 babies within 17 months and finding time to myself became impossible. Those little ones are now 2 and 3 and will play without me for a while so I'm getting back into doing what I love to do. Since I don't wear jewelry as much as I used to, my husband and friends have encouraged me to sell what I don't keep or give as gifts. What I make is made with love and attention to quality.

Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. Please contact me to cancel your order before paying.

I prefer PayPal or Revolutionary Money Exchange https://www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com/. I can also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover without using PayPal - email me your contact information and I will call you to obtain payment. I will also accept money orders. If sending payment by money order, please mail out within 3 days of purchase. No personal checks please.

Shipping

I prefer to ship via US Postal Service but please let me know if you would like UPS or FedEx as additional shipping charges will apply. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases. Insurance is included in the shipping & handling charges. All jewelry comes in cotton-padded boxes.

Gift wrap is available for an additional $1.50. The gift wrap option includes wrapping, ribbon, and a small tag with to/from. If this item is a gift and you would like it to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me at time of payment. I will gladly write your loved ones' name on the gift tag and add a simple message (i.e. Happy Birthday).

I will send you a confirmation number upon shipment so you can track your purchase.

I ship every Tuesday and Friday. If you need your item shipped sooner than my regular shipping dates, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If item is not as described, please notify me within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please include this code with the item when you return it. You will be reimbursed shipping charges up to $2.50 as well as the total cost of the item.

If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you will also need a RAC. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed and a $.50 restock fee will apply.

If an item is damaged or lost in the mail, please contact me so we can begin the insurance claim.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my work is 100% guaranteed for normal wear and tear for one year from date of purchase unless stated otherwise in item description. If your item breaks during normal use, please return it to me and I will remake it at no additional charge. You will be responsible for return shipping but I will pay to send it back to you once it is remade. Please allow up to 2 weeks for replacement item.
