Payment
Payment is due upon purchase. Etsy requires payment to be made within 3 days after purchase.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
All items are shipped first class or via parcel post depending on weight. If you would like to upgrade please contact me so we can work something out.
If you would like express, insurance, or shipping confirmation please convo me before you make your payment.
The cost of shipping includes the price of postage, cost of packaging, handling, and gas to drive to the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sirena Boutique's sales are final.
Refunds and Exchanges for damaged items only. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back. Once we receive the damaged or broken item a refund or exchange will be issued. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Sometimes items can get lost or stolen through the postal service. I understand that this is not the buyer or the sellers fault so if this should happen please contact me and I will give you store credit or send you the same item (if available) again.
