Payment

My shop has been set up to accept credit card payments through Paypal.

Please don't forget to follow the 'Pay with Paypal' link in your invoice
to complete your transaction. If you need instructions on how to
complete your purchase please see here: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

If I do not receive payment via Paypal within 48 hours of placing
your order, I reserve the right to cancel your order through Etsy.

Shipping

All orders are carefully handled and shipped in protective packaging
to the address provided via Etsy. Please make sure your address is correct.

Unless otherwise noted in a specific listing, most orders ship USPS First Class mail within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
If you have any special shipping requests [priority, delivery confirmation, insurance, etc], please contact me for an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, I do not currently offer refunds or exchanges.

Sending a Gift? If you have any special requests with your order please let me know! I am happy to send your gifts directly to the recipients and if you like, will include a personalised note from you.

Note about gifts: If packages are going to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
