Welcome to my shop, I hope you enjoy looking at my creations as much as I enjoy making them! I love using natural, renewable resources in my work, as it just makes good sense!

Payment

PAYMENT ~ Currently, I accept PayPal, money orders or checks, and now RME! Just click on "other" for RME payment and I'll send you an invoice/request for money. PayPal and RME are the fastest methods, as I will wait to ship until any payment is cleared.
If you choose to pay by check/money order, please send it within 3 days of purchase, and contact me to let me know you sent it. I will cancel the sale if I haven't heard from you in a week. Convos are free and quite convenient!

Shipping

SHIPPING ~ I am now offering FREE Shipping within the U.S.! My small town doesn't offer Saturday or Sunday mailing services, so any payments that clear on Friday afternoon probably won't go out until Monday. Otherwise, I usually ship the same day as your payment clears, so if you have any questions or notes, please contact me immediately, if not before you make your purchase.

I ship using USPS Parcel Post (or First Class padded envelope, depending on the size and weight of the item), unless you specify another shipping method. Please contact me before, or as soon as you place your order and I will be happy to ship your way! You will only be charged the upgraded cost of shipping, no handling charges of course. Free Shipping does not include insurance or tracking, if you would like it, please let me know. If you don't elect to use insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages! I will ship to your PayPal/RME address unless you notify me otherwise.

If this is a gift for someone, and you want it mailed directly to them, please remember to include their correct mailing address. You can include this info in the message to seller box upon checkout. I will gladly add a little notecard with your personal message!

International shipping is new to me, but I will gladly do my part to make everything on this end work smoothly. Good communication is our friend!

I care about the environment, and will reuse clean packing materials when I can.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS ~ If for some reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me immediately so we can try to work out the problem. I'll do my best to resolve any issue so you are happy with the whole transaction. I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail if you haven't purchased shipping insurance. I'll accept returns minus shipping if you decided you didn't want the item, but customized items that you requested with names or monograms cannot be returned for refund.

If you like something you see in my shop, but have a variation in mind, I will gladly work with you to make it happen! I really enjoy adding little touches that will make something all the more special for you.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I have pets and they live in the house, so if you are sensitive or highly allergic to animals, beware!
Not to mention, my things are usually made out of wool! Sometimes senstive people are allergic to wool, so if you or the intended recipient is allergic to wool, don't buy my little critters that are made of wool!

I don't intend for my creations to be played with by small children, as they tend to put things in their mouth that don't belong, and could pull off small pieces of wool or twigs. I would call my items "adult toys", but that usually conveys something waaaay different than I mean!
