Welcome to Rock Your World Jewelry, handmade in North Ogden, Utah. My motto is "Combining Beauty with Health & Wellness in ever piece of jewelry" I believe that gemstones have many benefits, but why not be something that you like to wear as well?

Payment

I accept paypal and money orders. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase, unless arrangements have been made. (Like if you email me and tell me that you are putting a money order in the mail).

Shipping

Your jewelry will be packaged in an organza gift bag, perfect for gift giving, and mailed in a padded bubble mailer. I ship with USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. If you would like a faster shipping method, convo me and I'll make those arrangements with you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email me with the reason why so that we can do what it takes to make you happy. I would be glad to exchange your jewelry if you would like. Refunds are available if there is a valid reason for wanting to return your purchase, but you must email me so that we can see if that is the only option. If your jewelry arrives damaged, let me know so that I can repair it, free of charge. I use the strongest professional jewelry wire available, but occassionally, after wearing your jewelry for a long period of time, it may break. If this happens, gather up all of the beads and email me so that I can arrange to repair it for you. Repairs are done free of charge, however, I must charge for any missing beads.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Due to the nature of natural gemstones, and the availablity, occasionally substitutions of different bead shapes and/or sterling silver findings may occur. However, I am an artist, and my quality is of utmost importance. So if a substitution must be made, you can trust that it will not affect the beauty or properties of the jewelry.
