Payment

I accept and prefer credit card paments via PayPal. I also accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Payment is due immediately after commitment to buy unless you contct me with other arrangements.

Shipping

Please be sure that your Etsy and PayPal addresses are the same!

I will ship your item(s) within three (3) business days of receiving cleared payment. I use USPS First-Class mailing for USA and international shipping. I purchase Delivery Confirmation for deliveries in the USA.

Shipping insurance is not required but highly recommended. If you would like shipping insurance on domestic shipping please contact me and I'll send an updated invoice. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to uninsured items that occurred in transit by the United States Postal Service.

PLEASE NOTE that international shipping insurance is not available.

If you have a different shipping addresses on PayPal and Etsy, I will ship to the PayPal address. If you need other arrangements please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns within 7 days of purchase. The purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me with your impending return.
Exchanges are also possible.
