Payment

I currently accept PayPal. Payment is required within 3 days of sale.
Please contact me about alternative payment methods.

Shipping

All pre-made items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, usually a lot sooner. Please allow 7-10 days for shipment of custom made items. Thanks!
Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, and it is recommended to add insurance. Once orders have been shipped, I am not responsible for damage or non-received packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of my products are made with a lot of pride and love! I want my customers to be as happy with the product as I am. Therefore, if you have any problems please contact me! I will work with you to correct the problem.

All items are guaranteed to hold up to normal wear and tear...please contact me with problems.

Please remember barrettes and hair clips are small and may contain small parts, please keep them out of reach of little children and remove them at nap time! Thanks!
