Payment
I accept Paypal as payment for all buyers.
I do request that you pay for your item at the time of ordering.
Any unpaid orders will regrettably be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me to make special arrangements.
Shipping
Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match. If you are sending your items as a gift, I am more than happy to send your item to another location, just let me know.
Pre-made orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received.
Custom orders will be shipped 1-3 weeks after payment is received.
All items are shipped via USPS first class or first class international to save on shipping costs, unless it is a rush order. Unfortunately this also means first class mail does not guarantee a delivery time nor does it provide a tracking number. Transit times will vary depending on location.
(Please check with me in advance if have a delivery deadline. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority and/or add the ability to track your package, please email me and I will send you a separate paypal invoice for the added services.)
International Orders: I can ship anywhere, but stated shipping prices are for within the U.S. Please contact me if you live outside the U.S. and I will get back to you with a price quote.
There is no delivery confirmation for international packages. I will do my best to ensure the delivery of your item, but if your customs seizes the item, it's out of my hands. I apologize but I can't be responsible for lost or undelivered international packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your custom orders, however, all orders are final sales.
In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away. I will happily replace the same item provided it is returned within 30 days of when the item was received by the customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and I will reship the item at my cost.
