You're awesome. Just thought you should know.
Payment
We prefer payment through paypal, but we understand that not everyone can do that. Therefore we accept checks - but your items won't be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. We of course will also accept cold hard cash, but this is always a risk to mail, so if you do so know that it is at your own risk and conceal it well! Payments can be sent to Bright, c/o Melissa Bastian, p.o. box 2340, New York, New York 10009.
Shipping
We ship through the good ol' U.S.P.S. We find them to be as effective as any of the private guys. That said, if you really need UPS or Fed Ex or the like drop a line; we'll see what we can work out. Also, if you live in NYC you could just purchase from us directly and circumvent this whole shipping thing entirely...
Refunds and Exchanges
Our official position is that all sales are final; we do our best to post accurate pictures of our items and to describe them thoroughly, and we encourage potential customers to ask questions before making a purchase if there is any confusion on the specifics of an item. But of course, in the end, we really want you to be happy. So if somehow something just isn't what you thought, by all means get in touch with us. We're very friendly and reasonable. We swear.
