About pequitobun

pequitobun marries the old-fashioned loveliness and detail of vintage jewelry with modern romantic design. Using the highest quality materials, including karat gold, 14K goldfill and gemstones, and carefully chosen vintage pieces, each piece is individually handmade by the designer, and either one-of-a-kind or very limited edition, and never mass produced. pequitobun seeks to create jewelry for every occasion, from a fun night out with the girls, to everyday signature pieces, to the grandest events where only the best will do. Combining the ethos of recycling with the sustainability of quality durable materials, wrapped in thoughtful, detailed and always distinctive design, pequitobun hopes to delight the jewelry lover who enjoys expressing her individuality with that only-one-in-the-world, carefully handmade piece of design into which is poured a specific inspiration.

Payment

Please pay within 24 hours of purchase or item will be relisted. However, if you are unable to do so, communication is key and I am open to bending policies as long as you let me know what is up! =)

Shipping

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. All standard shipping orders ship at a flat rate of $5.50

International Shipping
International shipping is via USPS First Class Airmail. All international orders ship at a flat rate of $8.00.

Packaging and Giftwrap
pequitobun jewelry are packaged in jewelry boxes made from 100% recycled fiber (on average 80% post- consumer), and wrapped in paper that is manufactured from 100% post-consumer material through a process that is carbon neutral, chlorine-free, Forest Stewardship Council certified and Green-e certified. Gift-wrapping is available on request upon checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 days after purchase. Domestic Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days for delivery and International Mail takes about 5-14 days for delivery on average. Please note that these estimated times do not include the up to 3 days of processing time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy

pequitobun stands behind the quality of our handmade items, and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item, mentioning your order number and the items you would like to return. We would be happy to offer you a full refund minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original unworn condition.

Please contact us before sending your return package to help us more efficiently process your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and for packaging the item securely in a padded box. We recommend delivery confirmation and/or insured mail for shipping your returns. Returns will be made to the credit card used to pay for the item.
