Welcome

Hello and welcome. All my items are handknitted (or crocheted) by myself in a pet and smoke free home. I particularly enjoy the challenge of creating from scratch and I'm happy to take your ideas and run (or knit!) with them. I create my own patterns - and before you ask, I do not offer my patterns for sale.

***The Christmas rush has caused many of my most popular knits to be out of stock, although they are still available as "knit to order". Currently I am managing to ship orders within a week, but of course the postal service is taking much longer! Many items are ready to ship today!***

Payment

Etsy asks overseas buyers (I'm in the UK) to pay by paypal, but UK buyers are welcome to contact me to arrange to pay by another method.

To calculate currency exchanges I use http://www.dollars2pounds.com/

Shipping

I always post first class or airmail. I always obtain proof of posting, but if you want registered or recorded delivery for extra security, please ask. I usually post same day as a sale, or the next day, because I'm an impatient buyer!

I wrap each knit in colourful tissue paper and tie with gift ribbon before posting.

According to the Royal mail website, last guaranteed date for USA and Canada is 10th Dec, Europe 12th December and UK 20th December. This is of course only a guide, and would only be applicable for "ready to ship" items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm proud of the standard of my work so hope refunds would never be necessary. I always obtain "proof of posting" to allow me to chase up missing packages, so please get in touch if you feel your parcel may have been mislaid. If you change your mind about a purchase I will refund the purchase price if it is returned to me in the same condition it left and is resellable. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage.
