Most items are made to order, because they are either custom items or to maintain freshness (catnip toys).

Please allow 10-12 days to complete order after payment has been made prior to shipping out.

Payment

Payment must be made within 2 days of purchase, paypal only. If payment has not been received within 2 days after purchase, seller has the right to cancel transaction and relist product.

Shipping

Shipping is through the United States Postal Service.
FedEx will be used upon request and payment from customer.

Insurance Facts: All USPS shipping over $12 includes insurance. If you wish to buy insurance for your item, please send me a conversation and I will adjust the shipping cost before you purchase.

I am not responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom pieces cannot be returned for refund or exchange, however, contact me if there is a problem...I do like to consider each situation individually. Your situation may be the exception to the rule.

Woobie Kins, cat toys and beds cannot be returned or refunded, RI rules and regulations on toys and beds.

♥ Each piece is unique. Hand stamping silver will vary from piece to piece. I create all of my pieces free hand to keep the beauty of the craft... each piece is like a fingerprint... unique!
