Hi there! Thanks for stopping by to check out my store policies. All Ones and Zeros items are made to order or one of a kind items created in a smoke free environment. I try to use eco-friendly materials and practices whenever possible, and am working towards making Ones and Zeros a totally green shop! Please feel free to ask questions about my shop policies before you buy, just send me a convo. I strive to provide high quality in my items as well as customer service.

Payment

I accept Paypal, and payment within three days is much appreciated. If a buyer hasn't paid for their item by the third day, I'll send a payment reminder by convo. Then if I don't hear back from the buyer by the sixth day, the sale will be cancelled and I'll relist the item. The key here is communication, so if you can't pay for your item right away be sure to let me know.
If you want to cancel a purchase, send me a convo requsting a cancellation. Please include the reason, especially if it has anything to do with the item or my shop.
Please note that California residents will be charged sales tax on any purchases.

Shipping

Made to order items are shipped out 5 to 7 days after payment is cleared. For one of a kind items, I generally ship out every other day. Orders to the US and Canada are shipped USPS Priority mail. International items will be shipped USPS First Class mail, which generally takes about 5-10 days to arrive although arrival times can vary. If you need expedited shipping on your item, please convo me and I'll be happy to give you a shipping quote before you buy.
Items are shipped to the buyer's etsy address, so please make sure this address is correct when you check out. I cannot assume responsibility for incorrect address information.
Shipping charges include postage, packaging, and handling.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will enjoy the fine craftsmanship I put into each Ones and Zeros product, however, if you are not satisfied with your order please contact me within two weeks of receiving your item to talk about it. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis, used items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Made to order items, like the Lunch Monsters™, come in multiple color options. If you would like a different color combination than the one featured in the listing, please include this information in the message to seller. Lunch Monsters™ are currently available in red, blue, purple, brown, and camouflage.
Requests for custom orders are welcome! I have created custom Lunch Monsters™ in different color combinations and with additional features such as wings or a tail. So if you've got an idea for a one of a kind Harold, feel free to send me a convo.
