Welcome to WONDERLAND BOUTIQUE.

I live for retro, kitsch, vintage and unique styles – so here you will find my lovingly handcrafted tote bags, clutches, coin purses and pouches that I hope are the epitome in delicious and distinctive accessories.

I love to use bold, vivid prints in beautiful and original designs to ensure that your little piece of Wonderland is as exceptional as you are. So here you will find an amazing array of retro polka-dots, kitsch bows, quirky buttons and vintage florals. It’s sew-a-go-go for me as I look for inspiration from the sweetly kitsch to the effortlessly retro and make them into the perfect accessory just for you.

Payment

* I only accept payment via PayPal - although cheque's will be considered from UK buyers.

* Payment is expected immediately, though if there are any problems with this then please feel free to contact me and we'll work something out together.

Shipping

* I ship both domestically and internationally.

* I ship all orders (both domestic and international) via Royal Mail and always obtain proof of postage.

* Any import duties, taxes and/or custom brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

* I do not offer insurance as standard, so if you want it then you must ask for it beforehand and I will work out the amount and add it to your payment total.

* Please take note that shipping prices are designed to cover the actual postage cost, price of packaging material, travel to the Post Office and the time it takes to do all of this.

* Once your payment has cleared, if you are buying a ready-made item then I aim to package and post it to you within 1-3 business days (depending on time and day of purchase.)

* I ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise instructed to do so by yourself either by convo, or via the notes to seller section at checkout.

* Delivery time will obviously vary depending on where you live, the day of posting and whether you are buying a ready-made, or custom-made item. I aim to keep in contact with you throughout the whole process so that if any problems occur at either end, we can hopefully solve them quickly and easily.

Refunds and Exchanges

* I do my utmost to ensure that my products reach you as quickly as possible and in impeccable condition - therefore I will not accept responsibility for any unforseen delays, damage or loss that may occur in transit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

* I love to undertake custom orders, so if you have something in mind that you don't see already listed in my store, then feel free to convo me.

* If you'd like one of my exisitng designs but in a different fabric or with alternative embellishments etc then I am more than happy to help.

* If you are buying my items as a gift for someone else and have any special instructions with regards to posting/wrapping/including a gift receipt etc then please either convo me beforehand or let me know your requirements in the notes to seller section at checkout.

* I am open to trades and/or barter, so just get in touch if you are interested.
