2.Fun, lighthearted products that are handmade with love and care.

Payment

Payments for purchases are to be made via PayPal and now Major Credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)!
Please note:Items are handmade per order. Work will begin once payment is made on standard orders. Feedback will be left at this time as well.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. Please refrain from ignoring me, it doesn't feel nice and I'll leave you negative feedback for nonpayment. If you are having difficulties paying or need a bit of time, PLEASE communicate with me!

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS First Class mail or Parcel Post. Once item has been shipped, Girl Meets Craft is not responsible for shipping delays. If you need your item within a specific time frame, Shipping upgrade to Priority Mail can be arranged for an additional charge-
**Please remember that handmade items do require an order processing time of up to 3 business days. Larger orders and wholesale orders may require additional time, if so, you will be notified.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please notify me by Etsy Convo within 24 hours of receiving the item to make arrangements. *Original purchase item Shipping is at the cost of the buyer.*
In the event of damages, replacement item may be available. Please send original item back within 2 business days of receiving. At that time, new replacement item will be shipped at no additional charge.
Custom items are NOT eligible for exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Wholesale inquiries are welcome. At this time, Girl Meets Craft does not work on consignment.

All items are handmade so variations in material color or stitching may occur versus what is shown in photographs.

Alchemy and Custom Orders are welcome. If you would like an item in a different color or size, just ask!
