Payment

Lilac City Designs currently accepts money orders and PayPal payments only. Credit and Debit cards can be used via paypal without a membership.

Shipping

Lilac City Designs offers USPS shipping, as it is the most economical. However if you would prefer another method please contact us and we will send you the updated shipping cost information. The cost of shipping includes the protective cardboard mailer as well as a plastic liner to keep handmade cards protected.

Refunds and Exchanges

Greeting cards purchased will be sent out in protective mailers with cardboard stabilizing the cards, however if there is ever any damage to the cards during shipping please contact us and we will replace the cards as soon as we recieve the damaged goods. Greeting cards can not be refunded, but will gladly be exchanged.

If you are disatisfied with your acrylic stamps you can send them back for a refund or exhange on un-used stamps only. Damage to stamps resulting in misuse or improper care is not the responsibility of Lilac City Designs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We will gladly accomodate custom orders, if you have seen previous cards sold that you want replicated let us know. Or if you have your own ideas we can generate digital proofs to ensure you will be happy with the product you are getting. Custom orders will not be completed until payment is recieved and a 20% materials fee will be assessed prior to refund.
