All our creations are meticulously handmade on our own. We take pride in the fact that all materials used are of upmost quality. This may reflect in our pricing.

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal You don't need a Paypal account to pay this way, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

For euro countries we also accept bank transfers and checks (in euros). If you want to use this kind of payment please write it in the « notes to seller » upon purchase. Please notice that we will send orders only after havening received payment.

If, for any reason, you should not be 100% satisfied with the transaction, please contact us so the problem can be solved.

In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. We are in no way responsible for these taxes and duties, it's the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world where a postman will go.
In France the Post Office charges a lot for shipping. The shipping costs are stated in each item’s description.

IF YOU BUY FOR MORE THAN 100$ WE OFFER SHIPPING COSTS!!!

After payment, items are normally shipped within 2 business days but we'll always send a mail to confirm.
Delivery time is hard to determine. The postal system is a strange creature with an odd sense of humor and we can't guarantee any item to arrive on a specific day. Parcels to the US for example take usually 5 to 9 business days.
We like to use recycled packaging whenever we can (less waste and lowers costs for me and you!) But if you prefer that we use new materials (for example you're sending is a gift to someone) please say so in the comments.

Insurance :
If you want your package shipped with insurance please convo us and we will let you know the extra cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am very proud to use envelopes for my shipping that are made of recycled paper, high in post consumer waste paper. I also make use of recycled cardboard where possible for items that require extra support.
