Welcome to ItzThePitz...home of wonderful and relaxing body wraps. I also offer cooling scarves which are fabulous on hot summer days. Every item I sell I personally make in my home in the mountains above Boise. I pride myself on sturdy construction by using high quality supplies in everything I make. Customer satisfaction is also an essential cornerstone in my business. My customers know they can expect excellent service, honesty and respect. I greatly value my integrity as a business owner AND human being. All customers find me easy to work with and I've yet to have an unhappy customer.

Payment

I accept the following methods of payment:

► PayPal
► Google Checkout
► Revolution Money Exchange (RME)
► Money Orders
► Personal Checks (must wait 5-10 business days to clear before shipping)
► Cashier's Check

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay with RME or Google checkout, please select 'Other' and wait for an invoice. Please specify the email address you wish to use in the 'Message to seller' box during checkout.

Payment is expected within five days of purchase. If payment can't be made in that time period, please let me know as I'm known to be very flexible.

Shipping

ItzThePitz neck wrap packages weigh in at two pounds each. I ship USPS Priority Mail and send tracking information via email once the package is ready to ship. Most orders ship within 12-48 hours. Custom order may take an extra 2-3 days.

I ship internationally upon request, just convo me letting me know what product interests you for a shipping rate quote.

All cooling scarves are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to addresses in the USA.

With all my products, if you wish to upgrade your shipping please let me know in order for me to provide you with an accurate rate quote. I'm happy to ship Express Mail, etc. as well as UPS and FedEx.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are gladly given within 2 weeks of purchase. The customer is responsible for returning the item at their expense WITH delivery confirmation. Once the item has been received a refund will be issued. Refunds will not be given if a customer abuses or otherwise mistreats the product.

Exchanges are welcome too, however, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unwanted item back and covering the cost of shipping the replacement item.

I will pay for return shipping if my product is defective.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Do you take orders for custom (Alchemy) items?

Yes! Custom orders are gladly accepted and welcome. Please allow 7-10 working days from order date to shipping date. I enjoy working with customers on custom wraps.

Do you eat all those cherries to get the pits?

No! They are purchased out of state. My husband and I love cherries and couldn't possibly eat that many!
