All items are handmade by me and some items by my mom,who likes to add items to Lil Woodsy Woolies as well. I am always open for customs, and will accomadate as best I can.

Payment

I ONLY accept paypal. No acceptions. Sorry, but it is for both the protection of myself, and the protection of my potential buyers. If eCheck,then item/s will not be sent until eCheck clears.Thank you.

Shipping

I ship within 48 hours of purchase,unless weekend,then item will be sent next business day.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am not responsible for lost or damaged item due to shipping.Exchanges are permitted under certain conditions and will be decided on a case to case situation.
