My physical shop is located at 163 West Main St. Kutztown Pennsylvania where we have 900 square feet of semi-precious, crystal, seed beads, vintage beads, Czech glass, blown glass, silver pendants, Dichroic glass, tools, stringing materials, and a large variety of silver, gold, semi-precious, and base metal findings. I'm very excited about being able to become a part of the Etsy community and offering my wares here! If you're ever in the area, please stop by and see me, I would love to talk with you!!

I specialize in custom Jewelry, Bridal jewelry, and Bridal Headpiece design. My most important goal is to share my finds without nickel and diming my customers. I want you to grow, and that means providing the very best in customer care and service; I want to help you find your creative side! Beads of a Feather is a sparkle above the rest not only in our products, but in character with our friendly, happy customer service.

Payment

We accept:
1) Pay Pal: beadfeather [!at] verizon.net
2) Cashier Checks/Money Order (United States orders ONLY)

Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with me prior to purchase. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Buyer pays $3.00 for shipping & handling. I am happy to combine shipping for up to 4 additional items purchased at no additional charge. Pennsylvania customers pay 6% sales tax. If either of these apply to you, please wait to receive an invoice from me before remitting payment. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class unless requested otherwise by the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I honor a 30 day return policy on supplies purchases and a two week return policy on Custom Made Jewelry. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the buyer.
