Endless Records is proud to present on Etsy our Endless Hats line of merchandise. Everything is designed and sewn by our own Endless Em in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
We make most items from recycled materials and like to create one-of-a-kind products. Each hat and bag is like a glass slipper waiting to find its Cinderella.
During the design process, Emily tests and re-tests every product to attain perfection in functionality and aesthetic appeal. During the production phase, she employs years of sewing and tailoring experience to create an expertly crafted product. It will take years of use for any of our products to acquire signs of wear. We want our products to become a classic staple of your wardrobe.

Payment

We take PayPal as well as money orders or cashiers checks

Shipping

We ship everything "first class" through US Mail.
We can accommodate any request for special shipping, though we will have to charge accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because hats are a fitted item, we would never sell you a hat that doesn't fit.
We accommodate exchanges, as well as returns.
We take returns on all HATS within 14 days of you receiving the item.
You are entitle to a refund of the price of the item NOT INCLUDING the price of shipping, as long as the item is returned in new condition.
Also, as a courtesy to us, please email us with notification of intent to return the item before you send it back.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Since every hat and bag is made individually, we do accommodate custom requests. Any hat can be made to your size at no extra cost.
Please note: because we often use recycled fabric, we can't guarantee to have the same fabric you see posted on Etsy still available. Please email us to find out if we have your choice of material.
