Shipping

Within the US, shipping is First Class or Priority depending on the weight. (See listing.)

Expedite any order -- just ask in the "message to seller" when you check out, and please wait for a revised invoice before completing payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Posted rates are for First Class International. If you wish to upgrade, please say so in the "message to seller" during checkout, and wait for a revised invoice before completing payment. Count on paying at least $20 in shipping for the next step up from First Class.

IF YOUR ETSY ADDRESS DOESN'T MATCH YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, I require that you purchase insurance ($1.65 domestic).

I will do my best to ship on the business day after I receive your order. If there is a delay of more than two business days, I will contact you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if there’s anything wrong with your item.

You just don’t like it-- I can refund your money less the cost of shipping.

Defective-- If there is something wrong with the item I will refund your money and ask you to return that item to me so I can inspect it. If the item is defective, I’ll also refund all of your shipping costs.

Exchange-- Less the cost of initial shipping and plus the cost of shipping the new item.

WHOLESALE + CUSTOM

I do wholesale: retail and consignment. I can do custom orders and scents: regular or half-size bars for party favors, gift baskets, an entire batch to your specifications for you and your friends, etc. I can add your logo or message to the label. Convo me for details.

Please feel free to make offers but please don’t be offended if I say no. It doesn’t mean I don’t like your stuff!
