Thanks for visiting Frosted Treats on Etsy! This shop specializes in handmade goodies with zero guilt. Indulge in our miniature cupcakes, ice creams, cookies, and chocolates without worrying about your waistline! Necklaces, earrings, pendants, and charms are endless and custom orders are encouraged. Polymer clay is the material of choice, but there may be the occasional purse, plushie, or other crafty treat.

Payment

I prefer Paypal, as it is the easiest way to ensure quick and accurate transfer of funds. Please pay for your purchase as soon as possible, but if you need more time to get it all together, just let me know. As long as communication is made, I have no problem waiting! I take care in packaging my items, so any damage during shipping is beyong my control. Please let me know if there are any special needs for your package.

Shipping

All of my items are packaged with care. I add handmade touches to each package to enhance your smile when you receive your purchase. My envelopes are made by me, thus cutting costs for you. I do not want to make any money off of shipping! If you are charged more than $1 over the actual cost to ship, I will gladly refund the overage or offer you a credit toward a future purchase.

I ship with the US Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 days after payment has been received for your item to ship (except custom orders - those are case-by-case and will be communicated as such). Standard shipping times apply and once the item leaves my hand, I cannot be held responsible for time in transit.

If you would like your item express shipped to you, please let me know BEFORE you purchase so that I can adjust the price.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds will be granted. Kindly send back your package, and I will do my best to replace the item.

If you would like your item insured during shipping, please let me know BEFORE you purchase so that I can adjust the price. I will not be held responsible to damages incurred during shipping if you do not purchase insurance.

I love custom orders! Please message me and I will gladly give your custom order a shot.

I require a deposit of $5 for custom orders. This will be deducted from the final cost. Please convo me to set this up.
