Welcome

Hello! I specialize in affordable (read: not cheap!) custom silk arrangements. I feel that everyone can use something beautiful and inexpensive like artificial flowers somewhere in their life.

Payment

I require custom order payment up front. This is to cover the cost of materials and my time. If you need to cancel an order, please make sure to do so ASAP, and if you contact me before I have started your order, you will not have to pay a materials fee.

Otherwise, if custom orders are cancelled, a materials fee will be charged for each custom piece created, if not due to an error on my behalf.

I require payment (or notification of payment) within 3 days of winning an auction or placing a custom order.

Shipping

I ship via UPS and USPS priority or parcel post, insurance is optional, if you would like something that is shipped via USPS insured, convo me and I will add it to your order.

I combine shipping! All additional purchases are only $1.00 more to ship!

Refunds and Exchanges

I handle all returns/exchanges or refunds on a case by case basis, but here are some basic guidelines:

If I have misrepresented the flowers ship the flowers back to me and I will return your money via paypal in full less the shipping cost.

If custom orders are cancelled, a materials fee will be charged for each custom piece created, if not due to an error on my behalf.

If you are unhappy with your flowers or any other item that I sell in the store, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will do my best to fix it!

Once the flowers/package is received, you have 7 days to contact me or I will consider you happy with your purchase and no refund shall be considered.
