Welcome

All items are hand made. All earrings are made by me. The hats are hand knit by me, my mom, or my friends Cathy and Marge. Each ad notes who made the hat.

All profits from the sales of these items go towards the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

If you have any questions about items, shipping, payment, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred payment method because it is fast, easy and safe!

Please pay for your items within 3 days, or contact me if you need more time - I'm very flexible! If I don't hear from you, I will cancel the transaction after 3 days though.

Shipping

Orders ship next business day after payment is received. My business day ends at 5:00 PM EST. Orders made after 5:00 PM EST are considered a next day order. Sorry, no Saturday shipping. Therefore, orders made after Thursday at 5:00 PM EST will ship on Monday.

I check e-mail every day. If I am away, you will see a vacation notice on my shop's main page.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. I will accept a return within 7 days (postmarked within 7 days of original ship date). I will not refund any shipping charges though. Upon receipt of the returned item, I'll offer either a credit to your Paypal account or exchange - your choice.
