Our life is centered around loving and caring for our alpaca friends. Etsy sales allows us to pay for their feed and their general maintenance.

Payment

We welcome PayPal which is the easiest for everybody. If you rather send a check or money order, that's ok too.

Shipping

All sales are shipped with United States Post Office Priority Mail.

If you need next day or 2 business day delivery please let us know.

For international shipping I rather have the location where is going to that way we get a correct shipping charge for the destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't happy, please let me know. I will do an exchange or give your money back, or whatever it takes to have a happy customer.
