Hello!
It's important to me that you are happy with your order so always let me know if there is an issue or if you have a question, and rest assured I'll do everything I can to make sure you're satisfied!

Payment

My preffered form of payment is paypal, but I'll also accept personal checks and money orders. I live overseas so keep that in mind before sending a payment through the mail, as the shop is not responsable for any lost payments.
Payments for custom orders are due upon completion of order.
Payment, arrangement of payment, or cancellation of order is due within 2 business days of purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within two business days of payment received. I combine shipping, so if you have multiple orders send me a message before payment for a revised total.
In most cases I ship USPS Priority or international mail. I'll notify you as soon as the item has shipped. Any international customs are the buyer's responsability.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are on a case by case basis. I do both, so please let me know within 10 days if there's an issue with your order, we can work something out. Sorry, but I cannot refund shipping charges.
Please take your measurments carefully for clothing items, as each article is one of a kind and won't be reproduced exactly in a smaller or larger size if it doesn't happen to fit.

Our house is smoke free but our pets are a part of the family, so please let me know if you are allergic to dogs and I'll have arrangements made to have the item(s) laundered outside my house prior to shipment.
