Payment

I at this time accept paypal and RME. I have a five day grace period for payment before canceling the sale. All Va residents pay 5% sales tax on the total cost including shipping and handling per state guidelines. All refunds are via the method of payment. Refunds from paypal are immediate, refunds via RME may take up to 3-4 business days to complete.

Shipping

Most items ship via first class mail for both domestic(US) and international orders. I ship within 24 to 48hrs for domestic orders, excluding Sundays and postal holidays. International orders ship Wednesdays and Saturday. Any delays due to things such as vacation or illness will be noted in my shop announcements.

Refunds and Exchanges

Most items can be returned within 21 days of shipment date for a refund of payment minus shipping and handling fees.
