All of my products are one of a kind and crafted carefully and with attention to detail to create high quality, distinctive and stylish goods. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my products.

Payment

Autumn Slings and Things, LLC accepts pay pal payments and checks. I request that your payment be received in a timely manner to avoid re-listing the item. If you are paying by check please state this in your message to seller. This way I know payment is on its way and I don't re-list the item. I will make every effort to contact the buyer before an item is re-listed.

MAINE RESIDENTS- Residents of Maine are required to pay sales tax on all items. Sales tax will be added through pay-pal. If you are paying by check contact me for purchase total with tax.

Shipping

I ship priority mail by postal service. All of my items are made before they are listed and will be sent as soon as payment is received.
If do not live in the US please contact me about shipping before purchasing. I am happy to ship outside the US just let me know and I will let you know the shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to exchange any unused products within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on any returned items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me as I strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure happy customers!
