Payment

Right now, since I am just starting out, I am only accepting paypal. Payment is due with in 3 days of purchase. If you need more than 3 days to make a payment please let me know ahead of time.

Shipping

I usually will ship the next business day after your payment is cleared. All items over $50 either combined or seperate are shipped insured with no additional cost to you. International customers please start a conversation if you are interested in a piece so I can get an acurate shipping estimate for you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do accept custom orders. Depending on the size of the project and items needed I may be able to finish in 1-3 days. If there is a specific beading or wiring you would like, please allow for additional time for me to recieve the materials.

Once you start a conversation with me with specifics, I can give you a more specific time frame.

All custom orders, once a price is agreed upon, require a 50% downpayment.

Customising an existing product:

All of my products are customizable to a point. I can usually make something smaller if you need it, to a point. I usually cannot make something bigger. The closing are also something that can be changed. Depending on the price of the clasp or kind that you want it may or may not cost extra. I will usually not charge more than $2-3 extra on an item for the change in closure.

If a customization of a item is agreed upon, the item will then be reserved for you with your promise to purchace this item upon completion of the agreed upon changes.
