Payment

I accept Paypal and RME (Revolution Money Exchange). You do not need an account with Paypal in order to pay via them.

Payment is preferred immediately, and must be received within 3 days. If you need longer, please contact me before ordering and we can work something out!

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within two business days of payment receipt.

•To the United States- Your order will be shipped first class, including delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.

•All International destinations- Your order will be shipped first class international. Delivery confirmation is not available. Delivery time varies by country and may take up to six weeks.

**International customers are responsible for any and all customs or duty charges their order my incur.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your new piece of jewelry. If there are any problems, please contact me immediately so we can come up with a solution.

•Exchanges will only be made in the event the product is not as specified in the listing or there is a fault in craftsmanship. You MUST contact me via email or convo within 7 days of receiving your order, and in certain case please return the item within 7 days of contact at your own cost with delivery confirmation. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact me before returning the item! The item will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the issue.

• At this time we do not offer refunds though you may be eligible for shop credit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Buying for a gift? All my items come ready to give in attractive packaging! Would you like it shipped directly to the recipient? I can do that for a $1.50 insurance fee* and even will include a small note for you!

*by shipping to an address that is not on your Paypal account I lose my seller protection. By insuring the package I can guarantee speedy reshipment if a problem occurs during your gifts stay with the postal service :)
