Welcome

I am a corsetiere and dressmaker, making both custom and one-off ready to buy pieces, including fully fashioned steel boned corsets for occasional wear to tightlacing, and clothing in gothic and alternative styles. All items you find in my shop are made by me from start to finish, using the best materials so that you receive quality goods. I am willing to take on any request for custom work that is within my skill, and always put great love and effort into my work.

Payment

All prices include tax and Paypal fees etc. Payment is accepted by Paypal only for international buyers, or for UK buyers by concealed cash sent at buyers risk, cheque, postal order, or bank transfer. Payment is expected within 7 days of your purchase for ready made goods-please contact me if you expect any delay in payment. For custom made pieces, a non-refundabale deposit of 25 per cent of the price is required up front, with the remaining being paid when the item is finished, but before the goods will be despatched. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid upon purchase if you wish.

Cancellation policy:

For ready made items, if you cancel your order before the item is shipped, a full refund will be given. For custom made items, deposits are non-refundable once paid. The remaining 75 percent balance for the transaction will be refunded. If your custom order is cancelled before any deposit is paid, no payment will be charged.

Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK, with optional insurance available at an extra cost. Ready made items will normally be sent within three days of receiving cleared payment in full. For custom made pieces, delivery time for corsets is normally 4-8 weeks, however some pieces may take longer depending on complexity/availability of materials etc. Delivery time for custom clothing other than corsets is approximately 2-4 weeks, again depending on complexity etc. All buyers will be notified upon despatch of their item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges on ready made items will be accepted with no further questions, providing the conditions below are met:

Returns on all of-the-rack and ready-made garments are accepted within 14 days of the item’s sale i.e. receipt of cleared payment, on the condition that the garment is in unworn, as new, saleable condition with my tags still attached. If you contact me within this period to say you are returning it, I will accept returns for a further 10 day after this period for UK buyers, or a further 21 days for international buyers, providing the as-new conditions are met. A full refund of the cost of the item will be given on receipt of the returned item, including original postage charges. Costs of return postage must be met by buyer.

If for any reason you are not happy with a custom piece, I will first try to rectify the issue for you at no cost. If this is not possible, or you wish to instead simply return the piece, the following applies:

For fully custom items, I can only give a 75% refund. As stated in the "Payment" section, deposits on custom pieces are non-refundable. This is because the item essentially cannot be resold, as it is made to your measurements and shape, so my costs must be recouped.

Items cannot be returned if the tags have been removed, the corset has been worn for anything other than to try it on, so please ensure you are happy with the product before removing tags.

Items of lingerie such as knickers/g strings etc that are delivered with a hygiene label will not be accepted for return if this label has been removed.
