Welcome to my shop! Please feel free to look around and convo me with any questions you might have. I will always respond within a few hours, and I am always happy to work on custom orders to ensure that you get exactly what you want.

My products are all hand-knit, crocheted, or spun by me in my apartment, and I make a serious effort to use recycled, or upcycled materials wherever possible.

Payment

My preferred method of payment is through PayPal as it is the fastest and most secure way to perform online transactions. Payment is due up front for custom orders, and must be received for regular purchases before the items are mailed out.

Shipping

I ship regular mail within Canada and the United states. If the item needs to arrive faster, I can ship with a quicker service and adjust the shipping charges. If you have special needs regarding shipping, please feel free to ask me about them at any time.

I ship to both Canada and the United States, but if you live elsewhere and are really interested in an item, feel free to speak to me. I am very open to working out a different arrangement.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds for lost or damaged goods, but if you do have a problem with the item once it's arrived, please feel free to speak to me about it. I am sure that there will be something we can work out.
