Payment

Payment is due within three business days of purchase. If you are running into problems with paypal or need to extend please just let me now. I love a good convo!

I only accept Paypal at this time. (It makes your order get to you faster when I don't have to wait for checks to clear!) It's safe and easy and you don't even need to set up an account.

Shipping

I ship via the USPS in order to provide you with the most affordable shipping. Please allow up to three business days for your order to ship.

If you'd like to purchase shipping insurance or upgrade shipping please note it in your order. I can not be held responsible for the Post Office losing your package.

I seal all orders inside of padded envelopes (for jewelry) or rigid evelopes (for prints) to protect them as best possible from shipping mishaps. While careful packaging can not always prevent every mishap I'll happily exchange any item damaged in transit (see below).

Please be aware that orders paid by e-check will not ship until your e-check has cleared. This will delay your shipment by an average of 6-8 days. If you are on a time crunch please keep this in mind!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (or if it is damaged in transit) you may exchange it for another item in my shop of equal value within the first seven days after receipt. Please Convo me to tell let me know. You will be responsible for paying shipping back to me.

I can not be held responsible for the Post Office losing your package.

Additional Policies and FAQs

For large format prints (greater than 8"x10") please allow two weeks for deliver as these are custom printed and require a longer lead time.
