Hello!
Everything I put on etsy is made with care. No two items are the same, since they are handmade. I take pride in what I do and can assure you that everything I sell is of the highest quality I can make.

Payment

I prefer Paypal, but will accept personal checks. At this time I do not take credits cards.
Please pay promptly when you purchase an item. If you are going to mail payment please just let me know. If you purchase something and then have to change your mind please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make sure to put the item back up.

Shipping

I typically ship the day after your payment has cleared, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship the next business day.

All items are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested or noted in item listings. Insurance is included on orders priced over $50.00. Delivery confirmation included on all orders. International customers: buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may become due.

Refunds and Exchanges

I really hope you enjoy your purchase! But, in the rare instance that there is a problem, please let me know as soon as possible and we can work something out. I accept returns within two weeks of receipt of order.

If there is a shipping problem please keep all packaging for postal inspection.
