Payment

I accept PayPal. I expect prompt payment. The sooner you pay the sooner I ship. If I haven't recieved the payment in 3 days and haven't heard from you, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

I ship worldwide first class air. If you would like any upgrades to your shipping contact me and I'll adjust the payment. All items are shipped the next business day after I have recieved payment.
Glass jewelry is packed in cushioned gift box and bubble envelope to insure safe delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm not responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail.
I offer a 30 day guarantee on glue breakage. Please return the item and I will refund the full amount or exchange.

I realize colours look different in real life, though I do my best to take quality pictures of my glass to show the actual colours. If you're not happy with the colours, you may return or exchange the item, in that case you are paying shipping both ways.
