Payment

For Australian Buyers: Etsy uses US dollars, if you pay with Paypal the price will be automatically re-calculated into Australian dollars and give you the exchange rate. Because the Australian dollar is high at the moment, almost .90c it works out well because Australians save on shipping. If the exchange rate becomes too unfavourable I will review my prices. Also, you can go to xe.com to convert US dollars into Australian.

If you would like me to work out the total price in Australian dollars or if you would like to know about methods of payment other than Paypal please contact me. Just go to my main shop page, in the right hand column under miahenry's info you will see the 'contact miahenry' link.

Shipping

I usually ship orders the day I get them if I can catch the post or the next day.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you don't like your purchase when you see it in real life or if it's not what you expected just let me know and I will sort it all out for you, no problem!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I don't take wholesale orders, however I do sell at wholesale rates of 30% off the retail price. For me wholesale is five items or more.
