PACKAGING & SHIPPING INFO:
Items purchased from my shop come in one gift box in a protective bubble envelope. Additional items will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a poly bag.


BUYING
If you have any questions about an item, please contact me prior to making a purchase so I can answer all your questions. This is especially helpful if you are new to Etsy and are not sure how everything works.

Payment

PAYMENT Policy:
Etsy's payment policy is 3 days. If you do not pay within 3 days, I will be contacting you to find out why. Etsy's Buying Policy is detailed here:

Michigan Residents will be charged a 6% sales tax during the Paypal checkout process.

PAYMENT Options:
You can pay for your goods either through your Paypal account, or by credit card (you do not need a Paypal account). Juct click the "Pay Now" button on your Etsy receipt and follow the directions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me! If you are adamantly opposed to using Paypal, please contact me and we will work something out.

FEEDBACK:
I leave feedback after I mail your package. This allows for any questions to be asked and answered between the time you purchase my products and when I mail them.

Shipping

US Shipping:
All items are mailed using Paypal shipping, First Class Mail, 1-2 days after payment is received. Please allow 4-6 business days if paying via Paypal echeck. If there will be a delay in shipping, I will contact you. Paypal includes delivery confirmation. I ship all items to the address you provided on your Etsy invoice, even if it is different than your Paypal address.

Will your purchase be a gift and would you like to mail it somewhere else? Please contact me first or make a note to seller when you've made your purchase.

International Shipping:
I mail international orders by First Class International. Shipping rates vary by destination. If you have any questions, please contact me. Please be aware that there is no tracking or insurance for international orders. Once it is out of the US, I cannot track it. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not satisfied, and we cannot resolve it another way, I will gladly accept returns in original condition within 10 days of a payment. Shipping charges incurred when mailing back your item will not be included in the refund. Once I have received your item, I will issue your refund through Paypal and send you a confirmation email. (The refund will be for the item and will not include the original shipping costs).

Additional Policies and FAQs

ANGEL POLICY on rubber stamps. I strive to use only images where the Company producing the rubber stamp has an Angel Policy. If you notice a stamped image for which the company has not given permission, please contact me. Thanks!
