Payment
I accept PayPal and RME only at this time.
PayPal:
Did you know you can use your credit card through PayPal? They accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
If you need any help with PayPal, please let me know and I'll assist you to the best of my knowledge.
RME (Revolution Money Exchange):
Select "other" as method of payment at checkout, and leave your RME email address in the 'note to seller' section. I will then send you an invoice through RME. Contact me before purchase if you have questions!
IMPORTANT!
Please pay within 48 hours of purchase (unless we have discussed other arrangements). If payment is not received within 48 hours, the item(s) will be relisted.
Shipping
I try to offer the lowest shipping price possible, so no fancy packaging is used. ;-) Your item(s) will be shipped in a sturdy bubble mailer. This will be shipped USPS first class for items under $5. Items $5 and over will also be shipped USPS first class, but will have delivery confirmation (Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will not have delivery confirmation, sorry.).
I will convo you to let you know when your purchase will be shipped - which will usually be the next business day after payment is received. If it's during the week, I am sometimes able to ship the same day!
*Please note: When paying with an electronic check, your order cannot be shipped out until the payment has cleared.
If you are located within the US and would like to track your package (if applicable), send me a convo and I will give you your tracking number so you can track your purchase via www.USPS.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
While I hope you are happy with every 'A Whim Away' purchase, if there is ever any problem, please let me know. I will always try and make things right.
I will accept an item for a refund (less shipping fees) within 1 week of your receipt in it's original condition.
