welcome to the ever-exciting policy page for irene design. please note that i have made every attempt to be thorough here, but this is not an exhaustive list of policies. if you have any questions, please convo me, as i want you to know ahead of time that you are getting a quality product from a responsible seller.

if you see something on my website but wish it were made with a different fabric or different quantity, please let me know. i am happy to make custom orders of items i currently sell as well as something you may not see here but would like to have made. i would love to be able to make your ideas a reality!

Payment

for your safety as well as mine, i only accept payment through paypal. your purchase will not be shipped until payment has cleared. orders that have not been paid within 72 hours will be canceled (unless we have made previous arrangements otherwise).

if you have a coupon code and, you can procede to payment as usual, and i will refund you the full discounted amount. please be sure to leave the coupon code in the "message to seller" when checking out through etsy.

Shipping

default shipping is first class or priority mail through the usps (depending on the size of the purchase). i use delivery confirmation to assure that you receive the item you have paid your hard-earned money to order. if you would like your package to be insured, please convo me before or at the time of purchase.
for iternational shipping, i try to keep shipping fees low and will refund any amount over $1.00 if my estimate is too high.
irene design is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address given by the purchaser.

Refunds and Exchanges

unsolicited returns are not guaranteed a refund. if there is a defect in the order, i will certainly issue a refund. please convo me to discuss the details.
i do not refund shipping fees, and refunds will be issued after an item is returned.
i do want you to be pleased with anything you buy from me, so rest assured that i will do my best to make sure you do not even have to worry about refunds!

Additional Policies and FAQs

all of my orders come from a pet-free and smoke-free environment. all fabrics are pre-washed with plant-based detergents prior to being used to prevent shrikage of the final product.
