I welcome WHOLESALE orders. Please convo me if interested.

Payment

I think Paypal is the way to go. If you have questions, please convo me and we can talk about alternatives.

Shipping

We all want to be happy in a transaction, so...I send packages Fed Ex only. If you would like insurance, please let me know. It’s not really necessary. Fed Ex is exceptional at handling claims. I'm not too keen on shipping glass internationally. The glass is handled enough just getting it to my customers domestically. The candles can be shipped internationally as well as the pet memorials. On glass that is sent to me, please insure it. And please inform me via email or phone that it is coming my way. My experience with insuring through USPS is not good. So, if you ship USPS, I hope you’re feeling lucky. Putting a price on shipping glass is difficult. On my products, if I have priced shipping way out of the ballpark, I'll be more than happy to refund you the difference back. If I've underpriced, please understand, I'm not making money on shipping, I just want to pay for actual shipping of product. I cannot put a price on glass until it is boxed & ready. I can give an estimate, but there is no way I can give an exact amount.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'll be happy to return any items that you purchased within 10 days of you getting the package.
Glass gets damaged from time to time in the shipping process. Fed Ex & I will handle that process & I will be happy to replace in a reasonable amount of time.
Turnaround time for purchases depends. Could be 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks depending on the time of year & the quantity. I'm usually aiming for 3-4 weeks delivery.
Pricing on custom pieces vary depending on the degree of work. Please convo me. That also applies to glass that you supply me. That is something to be discussed one on oneand convod as well.
