Welcome

Hi and welcome to Bird at the Window! I love to create a variety of items, using new and vintage components to create things that are beautiful, whimsical, or something in between.

Payment

I accept paypal payments. Please pay within 2 business days, as orders are not shipped until payments are received.

Shipping

I ship items in padded envelopes, usually as a light packet in regular mail.

All items are shipped via the address listed with your paypal account unless otherwise stated. Please make sure it is correct.

Items are mailed within 1 to 3 business days.

It can sometimes be pricey to ship items from Canada, but if the shipping and handling is greatly larger than what I have charged, I will refund you the difference via paypal.

If you would like an item shipped with a tracking number, or other special request, let me know and I can get back to you with a quote. Keep in mind that these can sometimes be a bit pricey in comparison to the actual price of my items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept refunds on everything but earrings. Please let me know as soon as possible. To help keep track of items, I request that you return the item within 30 days of purchase. I will refund you the cost of the item (minus shipping) if it is returned back in the same condition it arrived to you in. Unfortunately, I can't offer refunds on items that are lost in the mail.
