Should you have any questions at all about lampworking or about my policies please email me prior to your purchases.

Payment

I happily accept Postal Money Orders and PayPal. I request all payments to be made within 7 to 10 days of the purchase date.

Shipping

I ship daily from my home and all orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. All of my beads are carefully bubble wrapped, boxed and then placed inside of bubble mailers or boxes. I take great pride in my creations and see to it that they are safely packaged for their journey to their new homes. I ship via 1st. Class USPS Free of Charge for all orders within the USA.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due the fact that each bead is completely unique and carries it's own personality, I can not replace it. However I can make you something very similar or exchange it for equal value should you not be happy with your purchase. Should you be unhappy with your bead you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date in original & unused condition. All Beastie Beads are guaranteed to be free of stress fractures and major defects. I will happily exchange or refund your money should either of these ever be overlooked. I do not except returns for mishandled or broken beads due to being mistreated. My beasties are made of glass and special care should be taken to avoid breakage.
