We believe you have a right to have a taste of happiness every day.

We make it a priority to use local, sustainable, and environmentally friendly ingredients - organic or wild-crafted where possible. Being kind to Earth makes us happy!

All of our teas and bath products are hand crafted. All our tea ware is hand decorated. Each item is made with love and happiness to give you something special to smile about.

Payment

All online payments currently go through paypal. Items will not ship until payment clears into my account. Paypal process credit cards and e-checks. You do not have to sign up to use Paypal for your credit card payment.

I'm willing to accept cash if you wish to pick up at Tailgate Farmer's Market here in Charlotte.

I love to barter and trade - convo me with an offer and we might be able to work something out. (I'm a fan of soft clothing, swishy skirts and pretty bits of jewelry.)

Shipping

Many of my items are hand crafted just for you. I hand blend teas as needed, so your tea will be at it's freshest (and bestest). Please allow time for hand crafting. Orders are shipped twice weekly, and all orders placed over the Thanksgiving week will ship the first week of December. If you need a rush delivery, please convo me and we can make arrangements.

I ship everything Priority USPS. Teas and soaps can suffer damage from temperature extremes, so I use priority to get it to you asap (and to get a delivery confirmation on every package).

I do ship internationally. If shipping charges are over $1 above quoted price, I will refund the difference via PayPal.

If you wish to have it shipped first class, let me know and I will do so, however, you are responsible for insurance, any damage or loss that results.

I use as much recycled packaging as possible. Packing peanuts, like-new bubble wrap and boxes. If you really want a "new" box I can use one, just let me know. I prefer to recycle as much as possible to help reduce waste.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make sure everything is carefully packed and should arrive to you in a nice, safe, whole condition. However, you are responsible for additional insurance on your package, if you are concerned about it arriving in one piece. If your package is lost, I will help contact the USPS to find out where it is since Priority Shipping has Delivery Confirmation.

Because we offer food items, we can not accept returns. However, if something is grossly misrepresented contact me, and I'll work to correct the issue.
