My name is Elizabeth Logan and I am the designer of all the jewelry and photos you see here at Elizabella Jewelry. I am married to my best friend, Nathanael, who has been such a blessing and encouragement to me. I was born and raised in England, and I also lived in Ireland for 6 years. My husband and I currently reside in Springfield, MO, while we prepare for the future that God has for us as missionaries. I work in a local hospital as an EKG technician; I have to support my bead habit somehow! : ) I realized this passion I had for creating jewelry during the preparation for my wedding (in the summer of 2007, yes, I’m a newbie and a newlywed!). I had a vision for what I wanted my jewelry to look like for me and my bridesmaids. I bought some beautiful freshwater pearls in lovely cream and cappuccino colors, along with some amazing Swarovski Crystals that would compliment the colors of their dresses, and created lovely illusion necklaces and bracelets for the wedding. I really took pleasure in the joy of giving them as gifts and keepsakes that could be treasured for a lifetime. This has been a huge blessing for me to be able to create jewelry.

Payment

I can only accept Paypal payments at this time. Paypal accepts credit or debit cards, as long as the card displays any of the major logos. Please regard Etsy policies on paying for an item within 3 days after purchase. Once payment has been received, you can expect me to ship your purchase within 3 business days. I will email you when I have shipped your purchase, as I know you are eager to receive it. Please be sure that the address that you have on file with Paypal is the correct shipping address. If this needs to change, please make a note of it in the comment section.

Shipping

Each jewelry piece will be placed into a handmade gift box and decorated with a pretty bow. It will then either be shipped in a bubble wrap mailer or a box filled with packing peanuts. I try my best to recycle and re-use mailing supplies. I ship first class, priority mail for all domestic shipping. I hand deliver all packages to the Post Office. Please understand that once it has left my hands, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays due to the postal services, or customs. Shipping insurance is available at an extra cost. International shipments are welcome! Please allow time for customs, I cannot be held responsible for International customs delay.

Refunds and Exchanges

My mission is that all my customers are very happy with their purchases. I will accept the return of a purchase within 14 days of the shipping date. All returns must be in its original box and mailed in a bubble wrap mailer. I will refund the purchase price once I have received the return. Please understand that I cannot refund shipping and handling costs. If the timeframe has passed 14 days from the shipping date, I will accommodate your return/ refund at my own discretion.

My mission is to create hand-crafted, quality pieces of jewelry that have an affordable price. I also want it to be known that you, the customer, are very important to me, and my goal is that all my customers are very happy with their jewelry and that the service they received from Elizabella Jewelry was excellent.

I love to hear from my customers! I can be reached through my contact seller address, I respond to all my messages in a prompt manner, no longer than 1 business day, unless stated otherwise.

I create and handle all my work in a pet and smoke free environment. In all my photos, I try my best to capture the natural light and give detailed written measurements in my descriptions. Please note that each computer monitor is configured differently to your browsers adjustments and thus may appear differently than its actual color.

Custom Orders:
I would be delighted to create a custom piece of jewelry for you! If there is something you have in mind that you would like me to design and/ or create, please contact me. We can discuss the materials, price, quantity, and the arrival date of the custom order details. My policy on custom orders is as follows: once an agreement has been made concerning all the details, I require a 50 % payment on the jewelry before I can start working on it. Once I have received it, I will begin working on it, and it will be completed in the time frame agreed on.

I welcome wholesale inquiries. Please contact me to discuss the order details and discounts.

Disclaimer:
I reserve the right to modify any materials (chain, earring wires, clasps, findings) used on jewelry pieces when needed, customer will be given a detailed description of any changes.
