Our Mission is to make you completely happy with your purchase and to make your shopping experience enjoyable.

Shipping

All cards are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products are non-returnable, with the exception of items damaged in transit. All opened or used items cannot be returned. The item must be in its original packaging and/or in its original box. MEiC+ViLLENEUVE will be responsible for return
shipping on returns when the incorrect product(s) are sent. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Credits will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from MEiC+ViLLENEUVE.

With no minimum order, it's now easier than ever to try MEiC+ViLLENEUVE in your store. Cards and note cards are available for wholesale/retail purchase.
