I speak vector. Traditionally my services have been reserved for the vinyl, screen printing and embroidery industry. Now they are available to you.

*We DO NOT do custom laser cutting and/or design work. Due to time constraints we can only do text based custom pieces.

Payment

I accept Paypal & Google checkout, which allows you to pay with a credit card if you do not have a paypal account.

*If payment is not received within 24 hrs. after purchase your order will be cancelled. :)

*If you send an e-check, your items will not be made/or shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be made.

I ship Monday-Friday first class mail (first class can take anywhere from 2-7 business days). All U.S. packages come with FREE delivery confirmation. You will be receiving an email with a delivery confirmation #.


International packages are sent out once a week on Monday. I will send an email to let you know your order has been shipped. Packages can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive. All international customers are responsible for any tax/duty fees that may occur. I also declare the full value on each package and always check the "other" box with the description fully stated.

How your item is shipped: I take extra care when shipping your purchase. All necklaces are shipped in a bubble mailer. Any delicate jewelry (acrylic necklaces, earrings or rings) are shipped in sturdy chip board jewelry boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something is defective/damaged please let me know within 7 days of receipt and I can offer an even exchange.

Also please let me know if there are any problems with your order before leaving feedback. I'm *always* willing to fix anything that may have gone wrong! I truly want you to have an enjoyable "online" shopping experience. :)
