Like all the artists and crafters on Etsy, I love creating!! I love all things natural. Which brought me to my love of creating luxurious hand made skin care items. All my soaps are created the old fashioned way w/ saponified skin loving oils and butters, high quality essential oils and sometimes cosmetic grade fragrances. Never any yucky animal fats and never someone elses pre made melt and poor base. Everything is made by me from scratch in small fresh batches to ensure consistent quality.

Everything I sell I use myself and on my family. My children love the sparkling bath cakes, I love how soft their skin is after using.
My home office is filled w/ my soaps,lotions,butters and salts that have a revolving door to my family and friends who need some luxury!

Payment

I accept all forms of pay pal and timely money orders.

Shipping

I ship most orders within 2 business days and I usually use first class shipping w/ confirmation. If your order seems to be taking a long time getting to you , please contact me so we can track it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of these products being personal care, I dont accept returns, however, I want all of my customers to be happy, so if an issue should arise please contact me and we will work something out.
Sometimes things do get lost in the mail or maybe your address needs to be updated in paypal, but I will try and help you find a package that hasnt made it to you.

As with all skin care items should any irritation occur please discontinue use
